Well not really! The exam format has been consistent over the years though the complexity of it may vary sometimes. Overall though the exam is designed to test persons basic English skills and can easily be cracked with a great score by anyone who diligently follows the guided steps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Well well well...that's an ambitious goal to achieve!! Never mind it would surely be interesting to work for it. To achieve this you need a steady determination to religiously follow the below few things which I would suggest you to:
Get conversant with the exam format. (I am assuming you are well versed with basics of English that you are eyeing 8 in a month.)
Start giving mock papers depending on the level you are at. Begin with the easy one's and then move to complex one's. For reading and listening these would suffice if you practise them sincerely.
For writing you would need to practice one topic a day without fail and get them assesed from an experienced mentor(who has himself given the exam).
For speaking you need to interact with someone who can interview you in the exam format for 15-20 mins daily.
I am not aware of the location you are based out of or you can enroll under me for an online course through Urbanpro and I can assist you in sailing through.

I am not quite sure if you are referring to IELTS Academic or General but irrespective of that, writing task is one tough nut to crack if not approached in the required format. Few things which I would suggest you to follow specially with respect to the essay question which is common to both Academic and General are: stick to the word limit, don't forget to paraprahse the topic followed by your points for and against; besides these practice writing as much as you can and get them assesed by some experienced mentor. These are just a couple of tips beyond which I cannot help in this post but yes definitely these will prove instrumental in setting the tone for your success. Let me know if you need further assistance.

Scoring 8 in all 4 sections is a daunting task but not an impossible one though. It depends actually on the time duration you have at hand and secondly the amount of efforts you are ready to invest accompained by proper guidance to sail you through. To begin with you would need to get conversant with the exam format followed by deciding your preparation methodology. If you plan to prepare on your own you would need to stock mock test and other material required for preparation, on the other hand if you plan to join some classes you would have this information handy with them. You will just be required to practise and assess yourself. Self-assessment is of utmost importance no matter whichever way you decide to follow. Let me know if I can be of further assistance to you!

It's pretty easy to do it through online resources available over google and youtube. For speaking however you may need to interact and practice with someone conversant in English and aware of the IELTS format. You may also enroll for it via any coaching center around you or online through urbanpro. Please let me know if you need further assistance!
