My primary role in training and development in Medicover is to strategize .collaborative thinking .working with European team to sync in with Global training strategies and Indian ways of working. also impart HR and Training support systems to the junior department , enabling them to execute their duties by sharpening their skills ,assess and effect changes in the training team structure in order to meet the business growth goals ,in capacity to provide direction and development of lasting leadership development.

In addition to direct training and development process ensuring all new hires receive high quality orientation and on-boarding in order to maintain a high employee performance level .Lead strategic role ,overseeing the creation of content, e learning collateral and other training material that will impact behavior changing training using various training theories inclusive of job aids



Skills and the ability to ensure all employees go through a good training program before being left on their own. I understand how important it is for employees to know how to do their jobs correctly and I have the skills to help create programs that are effective and that meet the needs of the company.



My abilities also include staying current on all the latest technologies associated with the industry so new training methods can be implemented and to obtain the materials needed for these programs while adhering to the allotted budget.



Monitoring and assessing the skills and knowledge of current team members will allow me to create the best programs to help new trainees learn the skills they need to be a great asset to the company. I have the ability to work as part of a team and to implement visual aids where possible to enhance learning.



I have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities needed to manage multiple training projects and orientations for newly hired personnel. I have the experience and skills to monitor the training programs, evaluate how effective they are and to make changes where and when needed to improve productivity and to help build good, loyal employees that will help company reach your long term goals.



I have expertise to implement new training programs across INDIA and in international markets like MIDDLE EAST.I have work very closely with global learning experts to implement best training practices across brands in Luxury segment in INDIA and Middle East.



I have also worked with brands like HUGO BOSS, Armani, CANALI, JIMMYCHOO, Paul Smith, COACH, MK, VB,BV,TUMI ,Gstar RAW and implement what is best in class learning experience for all front end Sales Directors and Store directors.
