I have nearly 9 years of experience in school I handled both boys and girls.Iwas very friendly at the same time I maintain some distance with the students. I Handled all type of students .I used different style of teaching for different types of students If he/she is extraordinary in subject the method of teaching was different If he/she very dull and not good in academics I use different method of teaching Accountancy is completely different and new subject So we have to teach from basics.Once they become strong with the basics then subject will be easy So I have to teach with real time examples. I used to discuss about their future goals Most of the students doesn't know what they want to do after their 12th standard I used to give suggestions about the courses available for commerce stream Some of the students were specific about their future goals and they study accordingly. For Class 12 both CBSE and state syllabus almost same Only difference is question paper For state board students most of the questions from book back questions But for CBSE class mostly questions based on conceptwise It is very important they should understand the concept and practice Once I complete the first chapter I used to ask questions If they face any struggle in understanding the concept again I will explain After completing the unit I conduct a test After correction I point out the mistakes they did in the test So far I have given centum results I have given many centum both commerce and accountancy
