I am starting Chemistry tuition for Camridge A level students starting June, 2018.
I target to cover the sullabus in around six months. Once the syllabus is covered a separate course covering revision and coverage of exam questions will be started.
As syllabus of A level depends heavily on the syllabus of AS level, AS level concepts are touched upon where necessary to give better understanding to the students. Proper attention is given to the students' capability to absorb the concepts. Repetition of the concepts covered is made on need basis.
Standard text books (Course book) related to the Cambridge syllabus are referred along with the Workbooks prescribed for the purpose so that adequate coverage of the topics is done. It also ensures that there is no deviation from the subject to be covered.Â
Â
As the course requires the students to be analytical, proper care is taken to discuss examples in the text book as well as a few more where they can try out their understanding. This helps in appreciating the subject and not getting surprised in the examination when a question not appearing in the textbook is asked.Â
Students are expected to be alert and do their part of learning and revising to derive the benefit of the course.
