I want to share a small experience of my teaching career. Four years back I had a batch of students who were not much interested in studies. Initially I found very difficult to get along with them as they were not listening me well. I tired many different techniques to make them attentive, I failed. Later I changed my style of teaching, added fun games and activities. I never asked them to take books and learn. Instead I narrated the stories and listened to their imagination. That's was a successful attempt for me. Though I struggled initially, I could gain the respect and their love.
