IdentityI am a professional Yoga Teacher trained by Isha Institute of Inner Sciences Coimbatore, founded by a profound mystic, yogi and realized master, Sadhguru who is a living source of the yogic sciences in its purest forms. Under Sadhguru's Grace and guidance, I have completed the Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program in the year 2012 for a total of 1750 classroom hours in its full depth and dimension, taking it far beyond its normal scope of physical or psychological benefit and teaching since 2012.
Prior to this I started my Yogic practices from Vethathiri Maharishiâ??s Yoga center then from Shivananda Yoga Center followed by Asana Andiappan Yoga center also I did Diploma in Yogic Science and Education from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
With Sadhguruâ??s blessings and grace I have started â??Gurupradhan Yoga Centerâ?? and I am competent to teach various Yogic practices.
