I am a yoga teacher who had experience of teaching in the yoga field for about 3 years taking online classes as well as offline classes, teaching young teenagers and adults. I am certified in Advanced Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy Science and have a degree in M.Sc.- Yoga for human excellence. My voice and pace in teaching helps me to assist students to their understanding level. I am able to communicate clearly, which is important when providing yoga instruction. I have developed good listening skills, such as to determine a student's goals, concerns, or needs, the ability to motivate others, encouraging students to continue their yoga practice. I take both offline/online classes as well home tutor for yoga. My wish is to create and nurture a safe environment and help people attain a self of inner peace through yoga
