Tuitions are tailor-made by some tutors (like me) because all students are not the same - in terms of their needs, strengths and limitations. However, usually, it is on a monthly basis depending upon number of subjects, number of days per week and number of hours per session. This is more specific mainly between U.S., U.K. and Australia. I suggest that, you get proficient in British accent since it is their native language and considered more chaste than any other accent. Subsequently, if you are moving to a specific country like U.S. or Australia or U.K. over time you will get adapted to their accent. In the meanwhile, News Channels, Movies and Books are a good source of understanding accent. However, accent like the language is acquired through regular usage rather than a formal training / learning
