Madras Barbell

Madras Barbell is a strength training gym I have started in hopes of revolutionizing the myth-ridden fitness industry.
I believe everyone should have access to free information. But the fitness industry right now doesn't help it as it thrives on the myths propagated by fake professionals, fake naturals and a few supplement companies.
My training principle revolves around the basic movements that the human body is supposed to perform - Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press and Pull-up. Modern lifestyle has succeeded in making us incapable of performing these basic movements, weakening and deforming our bodies as a result. Barbell training allows for one to regain and improve strength, fitness, physical appearance and ultimately the quality of life.
Madras Barbell draws its inspiration from the teachings of Mark Rippetoe and the Starting Strength community.
