Percentage is a part portion of a bigger number. So a pie of 100 pieces is a whole.15% of 100 means 15 pieces of the whole pie of 100 pieces. Simple.

Tuition fees for 8 classes is Rs 2000. Every child has a creative pulse in them. If we blend creative learning with English grammar skills the results are very good.
