"he programme personally affected me because it was a ‘Mind Shift' for me. I could relate to why (s), I was holding myself back. There was a lot of honesty in the way the programme was conducted, not only by feeling what was happening with me internally but also with what was being reviled of others through what was coming across as a normal conversation with our coach Ramesh, and on personal one to one friendly conversations during the breaks with other participants. "The NLP Foundation workshop that Ramesh conducted was simple, deliberative and fun! To explore our inner selves in the company of strangers and feel safe & relaxed is not an easy thing to accomplish. "The pace of the training that Ramesh set was perfect. The first half of the first day was a bit slow and that pace was required to help me get used to the group and warm up. It was a frank and open session where I could say anything and nothing would be judged. I could ask the silliest of questions and they would be answered! Ramesh also maintained the group dynamics beautifully. Once a level of comfort was achieved, Ramesh took it forward and led us to come up with answers. I loved the way he facilitated the whole flow"
