In my dynamic journey as a fitness trainer over the past five years, I have garnered valuable expertise and certifications to ensure a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. Holding certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Kettlebell Level 1, and Kettlebell Level 2, I am dedicated to promoting fitness and well-being.
My commitment to continuous learning is reflected in my certification in the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD), highlighting my holistic approach to fitness and wellness.
I commenced my fitness training career as a coach at offline fitness centers, where I had the opportunity to guide individuals towards achieving their health and fitness goals. Transitioning into freelancing allowed me to further diversify my approach, reaching a broader audience and tailoring fitness programs to individual needs.
Throughout my career, I have successfully trained over 100 clients, fostering positive transformations in their fitness journeys. The combination of online and offline training sessions, lasting either one hour or one hour and fifteen minutes, ensures flexibility to accommodate various preferences and schedules.
My sessions are designed to be practical and engaging, incorporating a mix of exercises and techniques to address diverse fitness goals. I prioritize the development of strength, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. While I do not hold specific nutrition certifications, my approach to fitness encompasses a well-rounded understanding of health. Clients are encouraged to adopt a holistic lifestyle, including appropriate nutrition choices, to complement their fitness routines. In essence, my five years of experience, coupled with certifications from ACE and specialized workshops, underscores my commitment to providing effective and well-rounded fitness training.
