He relates himself to his students and helps with tips and methodologies which the student could comfortably practice. Listen to newsreaders of English news channels. Listen to yourself while you speak. Record and listen keenly to the words or sentences where you need to improve and regularly work on it. Read good English books (as per your level). And converse in English regularly. Your ability will improve as you speak.
