A decade ago, I stumbled upon my calling in life-long learning with children and young adults. Over time, I
have discovered my innate passion for hands-on learning, differentiated learning and self-directed
learning with and without educational technology. Many a time, I have been lucky to find these converging
with my love for language learning, curriculum development and community building.

· Private Education Systems the Path to Impact: With the impetus on maximum impact, my
experience of working in privately-owned boarding schools has pruned my pedagogic ideology,
classroom management skills and community-building skills.

· Public Education System the Path to Scale: My experience of working with an Ed-tech start-up
has helped me explore stakeholder management, project management and people management
practices while continuing teacher training, promoting language learning with the youngest learners of
our public schooling systems.
