The best way to be fluent in English is to expose yourself to the community which communicates in English. It might look scary at the beginning, but it will become your necessity to speak in English. The more you speak and listen to a language, the better it is to learn faster. You can start by watching English movies and concentrate on how they speak, don't worry about grammar!
