Yoga is Asanas pranayama meditation.The practice of Yoga is not just about the perfect posture, its about creating a deeper connection and awareness of ourselves. More than the physical aspect, Yoga deals with the mental aspect.

This is the combination of asana, Pranayama and meditation. Regular practice of Yoga improves your internal and external organs slowly. Internally : All your health related issues will solved and you will get mentall peace easily evrywhere you go. Externally : U looks good.
