We believe every individual is unique and has potential. Shilp Enterprises was started in 2012 to unearth that potential and be that mentor to shape & mould their future. Our trainers are passionate about training the next generation and to make a difference.

As parents, we all know that academic performance alone doesn't guarantee success - be it in college or in the industry. A college or a company receives hundreds of applications and the differentiating factor is your child's personality, behaviour, attitude and character that plays a crucial role.

Our flagship program, Shilp Ignite, has so far reached more than 6500 students and is growing. We are now expanding this unique program to students and parents who don't have access to the schools. Our centre in Kodambakkam is well furnished, spacious and has many training rooms for students to enjoy at the same time learn.

Our methodology is all experiential (meaning through practice) and is full of games, MIME, debates, projects, role play, etc.

School students are our primary focus from the age of 11. We also customize our program to individuals and groups in colleges and other institutions who can immensely benefit from our program.
