Hi, there are plenty of options to choose from. But considering your Bachelor's degree in ICE, you can consider IoT (Internet of Things) which requires an understanding of Software and Electronics. IoT is a fastly emerging field, and I feel the combination of BCA and ICE would put you in a better position to pursue the field of IoT.

For background with an MBA in Finance & HR, a course/degree in Data Science, Business Analytics would be a significant next step. If doing a full-time degree in these are not viable, then are plenty of online certification / PG Diploma options are available. These will be less expensive and also of shorter duration. Do your research on the internet and look for reputed institutions who are providing such certifications. Make sure their online certification/degrees are recognized, and they are giving Career / Placement assistance. Many websites will say so, but you have to research thoroughly before deciding. Online PG Diploma / Certification courses would be a better option because you can learn remotely and at your place, will be less expensive and also be a quicker option.
