Teaching Experience in detail in Construction Management classes
Construction as you know is a very niche area of study may it be infrastructure or real estate. Knowing the variois factors affecting the Construction and how to manage is what I have mastered and have done MBA in Advanced construction management. Teaching this was always a need of the hour for me as the more people know about it better is the quality of students and thereby quality of the structures we raise. My students have always veen very eager and thus i always tend to go for people who are really interested to put an effort to change the system and digitalize construction.

Teaching Experience in detail in Risk Management classes
In my teaching experience relevant to Risk Management, I have focused on imparting comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to students in understanding and mitigating risks across various domains. I have designed and delivered courses that delve into both theoretical foundations and real-world applications of risk management principles. Course Design and Delivery: Curriculum Development: I developed syllabi that cover fundamental concepts such as risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and risk monitoring. Case Studies: Integrating real-life case studies from industries such as finance, healthcare, and project management to illustrate risk management theories in practice. Interactive Learning: Utilizing simulations, role-playing exercises, and group discussions to enhance students' critical thinking and decision-making skills in managing risks. Outcomes and Impact: Career Readiness: Prepared students for careers in construction management roles by equipping them with practical risk management skills and industry-specific knowledge. Industry Influence: Contributed to improving industry practices by educating future professionals who apply effective risk management strategies in construction projects. Student Success: Received positive feedback from students on the relevance and applicability of the course content, evidenced by successful project outcomes and career placements in construction and related fields. Overall, my teaching approach in risk management in construction emphasizes a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, aimed at preparing students to navigate and mitigate the complex risks inherent in construction projects effectively.

English speaking is very easy without translating in the native language. You need to slowly learn a lot of vocabulary and use it while you speak or think. Just like you think in your native language. Similarly, instead of that think in English, and that is possible when you know a lot of words to cover your imagination.
*I have classes for the same. You may join the batch as it starts from the 25th of June. The description is given in my profile.
