I have an experience of 5 years as a tutor in both ICSE&CBSE. My aim of teaching is to teach children, How the practical concept happening around them got related to scientific theories, which are basically drawn from practical concepts. Effective learning in the sense learning concepts in parallel with Practical models and projects which will create an enthusiasm to learn and develop inventory thoughts in the children. Knowledge is power Individual teaching is must for the children. A teacher is the only person who can spend alot of time with the children, she should possess the responsibility of recognizing the talents and interests of children. Which is very essential for every children to find aa right path of life. Understanding the individual mindsets and thought process of children is very important for a teacher to actually choose which method of teaching is better for them to make them interested in studies.
