I have experience as a facilitator and coach in doing team-building and leadership coaching sessions across various levels of employees, including Sales training for sales teams across India (Sales officers to leaders to senior zonal managers) and behavioural skills training to IT, ITES, Colleges, & Manufacturing companies, Government of India, Logistics Skills sector across various cities of India.

I have an MBA from the ICFAI Business School with a dual specialisation in Marketing and human resources and a B.Sc. (Bio-science graduate) from Bangalore University, India. I also completed my Master's Trainer credentials through ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development) in New Delhi.

I have over three decades of overall corporate experience, of which full-time experience of over 25 years of work in the core field of Sales and marketing and business development across the Indian subcontinent. My expertise is in handling the National P & L roles in Logistics, Express Freight, Transportation, Courier and supply chain, Training Operations, and media companies. I have taken key accounts from the perspective of business development and product launches.
She has been associated with Logistics organisations such as -TNT (now FEDEX TNT) India & DTDC -- Western & Central India Head, in Media - With Sony Discovery & ESPN, FMCG - PEPSICO, Pharma - GLAXO & TVSTS-- in different S& M Head roles for the Zones and Country.
