Start with learning parts of speech, understand and practice them well, then learn the tenses that will be required to speak and write properly, these basics will help in a long run: intially write short sentences, train yourself well on that later write complicated and lengthier sentences

The practice is the only key, whenever you get to speak with a person who can communicate in English as well, reply or talk in English. Don't fear to make mistakes while speaking in English, no one can learn without errors, it's just a process of learning. Consider yourself a teacher and imagine that you are in a classroom and try to explain a favourite topic of yours in English, which is very helpful in correcting yourself while speaking.
