1.All of you pls choose early morning from 430 - 7 than studying late night till 12 or 1230,will improve memory power during early hrs(Late night suppress memory).
2.Eating fruit juice like amla,pomegranade,aloe vera and grape in early morning (empty stomac) than coffe or tea will retain/improve your good health during school important durations(negative side tea coffee suppress our activeness when v not have tea coffee)
3.Always think positive about self thinking about you and subjects which you are studying will give miracle results .
