o She has a total of 12 years of work experience of which, 10 years have been in Training and Development.
o A certified DISC assessor, who conducts training needs analysis and devises training plans accordingly for a result-oriented training programme.
o She specialises in Accent Neutralisation, Language Enhancement, Business Communication and Non-verbal communication.
o Has worked as a Voice & Accent Trainer in companies such as Intelenet Global Services, Sutherland Technologies, Cognizant BPO and Wipro Technologies.
o She has also conducted various training programmes on communication skills to various sectors like IT, Manufacturing, constructions, Finance, Health care and education. Some of the companies that she had trained are Mahindra Finance, Suguna foods, Home Lane, Cognizant Technologies, Accenture, Tata Communications, Accenture etc.
o A life-long learner who uses different training methods like meditation, singing, content specific games and fun activities in her sessions. She prefers to use more of a whiteboard rather than a Power Point Presentation.
