0Nowadays, Freshers are facing a lot of problems to get a job in their own field. So they are doing the job in another field, and because of that they are unsatisfied and wasting their valuable time. Let's consider anyone who does not have throughout 60%, and he wants to make a career in the IT field. In that case, he should know that there are a lot of no criteria jobs in the industry, also some small scale companies offering a good package for good skills also. So he should focus on improving his skill set and nothing more. Every industry runs on skilful employees.
