Linux Server administration is considered more technical compared to Windows, so most of the companies hire admins for Linux server administration only. WIndows server administration is usually not so technical and easily manageable so that companies won't hire admins specific to the windows server. Once you learn the Linux Server Administration, I suggest you to take up LFCS or RHCSA(Preferably) certification to get more opportunities.
