This art does not confine to a particular age group but can be learnt by people of all ages to help enrich their lives.
I was part of Shaolin Lee Kung Fu for around 12 years, and now I have acquired enough knowledge to teach. I am now starting my own venture offering personal training to those who are committed to incorporate disciple into their lives.
