Meditation is the need for today's life. In this hustle and bustle of life we forget ourselves, and hence we experience anxiety, stress, tension and all this later shows in our body physically as diseases. Thought's , Feeling which lead to emotions can create a havoc in our lives if not monitored at the earliest. Anxiety and stress about our job's, our relationships, our family can disrupt our normal way of thinking and accepting things as they actually are. Our minds get fogged up with unnecessary thought's of the future or things which are not our reality. Just ten minutes of guided breathwork and meditation helps u not only relax, but it also helps you think clearly. Meditation is not something which is optional in today's world, it is a necessity to live our lives in a much productive way. Start small, start with 2 mins a day and gradually increase the length of ur meditation. U don't have to sit like the Yogis, that's not important. It is simply sitting and observing the thought's and emotions and slowly things start changing. Your mind become's calmer and it will help you analyze life situations in a much better way. Start today, start now and slowly you will begin to understand the benefits of meditation. I started my meditation journey with Vipassana, it was life changing , just observing your body as it is has so much impact on your life. Come join me, I will make it simple and at the end of the class u will feel like a burden has been lifted from you.
