When I started my journey as personal trainer I have realized that fitness is not a short term goal. you have to give best of you to live healthy life style (by mentally physically) . Nowdays every one has goal in their life, fortheir goal they are committed to and they want to achieve that in any circumstances and conditions. Just because that commitment they are harming themselves I think focusing on thing in life is not success it's about living every prospect of life and to understand ourselves. To understand ourself the main thing is to be fit to be healthy to living conscious life. Now most people thinks how a personal trainer can help you out to give you happy life style and a good health, in first phase we do assement with client regarding there issues like , medical history,personal issues, Later on we come to how much his/her body and fitness is capable of,according to their fitness level we designe workout or fitness schedule and diet plan for them... What we acpect from client is dedication to workout and diet plan and lifestyle,what provide to them.our only and only goal is to give better environment and health to society and we committed to that...
