The problem with us is that we think in Hindi and write in English , instead we should both think and work in English.
To begin with it newspaper would be best both current affairs and new words.
Although I would focus on more of vocab building through applications like mongoosh and other. Play word games . Try to use it in daily conversation.
An essay a day keeps heals your English .
Also reading classics , going through Wren and martin is advised .
