"I was left with a very bad experience. I had a 20 min session and they literally disconnect, the call around that time. Kunal was telling me my my situation and the call was ended. Poonam handles his bookings ets, will be very sweet when booking a session, but when I called back, after my call was cut, she said, times up. Etc It left a bitter taste in my mouth. I felt so bad, as already I am going thru a bad phase, and i waited for the call/ appointment for like nearly 15 days What's the use of coming on youtube, on pod casts and showing you are a caring person, if you are so money minded about the whole thing. Sorry won't recommend Kunal , for the totally un empathetic experience. "
