Grammar is something which comes to us on its own. You mainly focus on improving your English speaking skills for which you should listen to English movies with subtitles, read books according to your interest, speak in front on a mirror on any random topic. By practising all this, you will be able to learn the English language.
After that, slowly and gradually, your English grammatical skills also improves automatically as our Hindi grammar skills improved automatically without focusing much on learning Hindi grammar. So, don't run behind learning grammar in the beginning phase of your learning.
If still only wants grammar then there are many YouTube videos on English grammar which are easily understandable also, you can watch them.
Thank You!
