Hello Mr Ramesh,
I want to give you a bit of information which can lead to improving your proficiency skills. For speaking English, you must have a few important things. Firstly, confidence. Please don't hesitate while speaking, and it will come when you start speaking the language. It will improve day by day, try to read books and magazines even if you don't understand the words or not just keep an English to Hindi app dictionary handy so that you can understand the difficult words. Try to think your entirely in English. Write it down when you will be able to write your thoughts slowly. You will able to express them by your voice too. Remember learning English is not impossible; it's just tricky, and you have to get that trick. Speak in front of the mirror so that your confidence will boost up. Just SPEAK DESPITE THE FACT OF SPEAKING WRONG.

I would be glad address your problem. There are no such CD's available for Spoken English but you can do one thing, Try to listen the News debate on any English news channel firstly i would suggest Indian channels it will give an idea about how the words correctly pronounced and also try to read books in which you have interest no matter of subject any thing that you feel like reading. Either online or in the form of Physical book. For spoken English you have to learn first the pronounciation of words then vocabularry and when you will have these Both then fluency and don't worry it will come slowly.

It will give you a clear picture of any word you enter that will increase your vocablury and hence your verbal commubication will slowly slowly improve. Also read The Hindu newspaper or install app.
