As an undergraduate in English literature from Delhi University, I have been a part of numerous debates and seminars where we discussed at length the various factors that affect the psychology of an individual and how they perform academically. In all these cases, I realised that each of their problems that were clogging their route to success could be eliminated if dealt with in specific ways. So I devised some methods, worked out a few techniques, and I was able to turn an average student into an excellent one.
I have researched extensively; have read about techniques used by reputed teachers like Richard Feynman and others and I employ these techniques to make the study more accessible for students. Moreover, I focus on clearing the concepts, and for that, I make sure I do a lot of research before I teach an idea.
I create an environment where students can ask as many questions about as many things that they would like to ask.
My motive has always been to make students independent.
