With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, I have honed my skills as a personal trainer, specializing in fitness training, calisthenics, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and weight loss. My journey began with certification from K11 Personal Fitness, which laid a strong foundation for my career in personal training. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, helping them achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs.

I started my career at Anytime Fitness Gym in Delhi Dwarka, where I gained valuable experience as a general fitness trainer. My role involved creating personalized workout plans and guiding clients through various fitness regimes to ensure they met their health and fitness objectives. Subsequently, I joined The Rock Fitness Gym, where I continued to expand my expertise and further developed my skills in fitness training.

Throughout my career, I have trained numerous clients in calisthenics and weight loss, achieving impressive results. Notably, six of my students have competed at the national level in various sports, including calisthenics and taekwondo. One of my students even won a gold medal, showcasing the effectiveness of my training programs. Additionally, four of my students have excelled in bodybuilding, demonstrating their dedication and the success of the tailored fitness plans I provided.

Currently, I offer both online and offline training sessions to accommodate the diverse needs of my clients. Each session lasts for one hour and is designed to be highly practical, focusing on hands-on training and real-time feedback. This approach ensures that clients receive personalized attention and can make the most of their workout sessions, whether they are training in person or remotely.

In addition to fitness training, I provide comprehensive nutritional diet plans to complement the exercise routines. Understanding that nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving fitness goals, I work closely with clients to develop diet plans that support their training and enhance their overall health. This holistic approach helps clients achieve sustainable results and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
