I am a Gold Medalist in Graduation (BBA LLB), first division in Master (LLM in criminal and security laws), and topper of Humanities and Political Science along with distinction holder in all five subjects. I also have a Masters in political science. Currently, I am pursuing Ph.D.Teaching is my passion and I have experience in the research field as well.
I have written, presented, and published various research papers on diverse legal topics. Currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law, I have experience practicing law at various District Courts in Delhi. Currently, I teach the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, the Constitutional law of India, and the Criminal Laws of India. I can teach other minor laws as well, like, Jurisprudence, the Partnership Act, the Negotiable Instruments Act, etc. I help students with the preparation for:
LLB exams,
Judiciary, and
CBSE Boards as well.
I use charts and diagrams to simplify the bare Acts. I prefer teaching by stating the examples from the surroundings, and case laws, creating stories, and chunking as a method of means of learning complicated concepts.
I take teaching as an opportunity to impart and gain knowledge at the same time and wish to make this two-way process mutually interactively knowledgeable. I believe that the result should be satisfactory for both the teacher and the student, and to achieve this satisfaction, I am willing to take this opportunity to do the hard work and to get the smart work done by the student.
