I have been doing Karma Yoga (selfless service) in various organizations and places from my childhood. For me Yoga is a way of life. After devoting my life to the study of Yoga, i acclaimed for my traditional and precise teaching methods infused with my ability to transmit my knowledge through encouragement and sincerity. Having over 3 years of teaching experience, i teaches with my heart and soul, focusing on breathing exercises and staying connected with mind, body and spirit. By the end of my session, students feel connected with their true self. Those who attend Arun’s Yoga classes and Kirtan define it as “relaxing the body and calming “experience. I offers restorative yoga classes and personal mentoring sessions based on Yoga therapy module. I believes that teaching is a continuous learning process. Uniqueness is my teaching style is fusing yogic and modern science knowledge with examples which is filled with uplifting energy. I loves bringing western and yogic psychology together in a way that is authentic, joyful and meaningful. I believes in helping students become one with their true self relieving them from their discomfort. I am not only gives daily instructions on the complete physical aspects of yoga posture but also break open the secret meaning of yoga hidden in the texts of the Yoga, thus my instructions and demonstrations are an inspiration for many.
