I have done B.Com(H) from Delhi University. I have joined Efunds International as a Team Member in Accounts Payable Department in 2000. In 2004, I left Efunds and joined Eigen Technical Services as a Senior process associate in Accounts Payable. I have worked in Eigen Technical Services for six years. I left this company in March 2011. My job profile includes MIS maintenance, posting and processing of invoices and payroll, posting and processing of Requests for cheques, vendor changes and creation, attending customer calls.

Prime Responsibilities in Efunds

• Add vendors into SAP vendor master database as Appropriate.

• Alter the existing vendor master records on the request of AP Associates.

• Processing of invoices with PO and without PO.

• Posting of invoices.

• Preparation of MIS.

• Provide online training to new joiners on SAP R/3.

• Interacting with vendors in U.S. & Canada to resolve payment related queries & issues.

Prime Responsibilities

• Processing of with PO and without PO invoices in COINS.

• Processing of ecommerce invoices in COINS.

• Creation and changes of vendors in COINS.

• Respond to supplier’s inquiries, research payments and resolve problems.

• Resolution of various kinds of holds of like Price hold, Qty hold, Missing Ticket hold etc.

• Audit check of work done by other members in a team.

• Summarizing and Presenting Daily MIS Reports of Invoices.

• Summarizing and Presenting Monthly MIS Reports of Invoices.
