IT has a lot of flavours to offer. You will need to narrow down on your move to what sort of job you want to do. Software developer, networking, information security, data/cloud engineer, etc. I will propose learning python and gather skills around software development. It will eventually condition you and offer more employability in the long run.

If you are a data person, then I will propose you to learn SAS, SQL(expert level) and excel(intermediate level). All banking data analytics structure is based on SAS. Also, create a list of banking organizations around your area so you can concentrate on their job profiles and what they are looking for. E.g., Barclay's bank has an office in Noida, knowing what sort of job profiles and descriptions will be helpful so you can focus on that area.
