Dr Najbul Hoque

Dear Faculty Search Committee ,
I am writing to apply for the position of Chemistry faculty, as advertised online on your website. I was born at Bakshipur, West Bengal, India in 1987. I completed my graduation in chemistry in 2008 from Krishnath college, Kalyani University, WB. Then I moved to Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) and received M.Sc in chemistry in 2010. I Then qualified NET-CSIR and GATE and went to Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) to pursue his Ph.D. My Ph.D thesis entitled with “An Endeavor in Receptor Design for Solid State Recognition of Anions/Hydrated Anions” was completed with Prof. Gopal Das in 2015.
I am currently working as a Visiting Faculty (2.6 years) at NSUT-Delhi, where I am teaching both B.Tech and M.Sc in all semesters and also acting as co supervisor of three PhD students. Before joining NSUT, I also worked in University of Bern, Switzerland, University of Rennes 1, France and Sun Yat-Sen University as a research associate and explored research on multifunctional molecular magnets.
My lessons are designed to be interactive and applicable to real-world scenarios, aiming to ignite students' passion. My teaching philosophy revolves around encouraging creative expression and critical thinking, ensuring a stimulating learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired. I am eager to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your academy and collaborate with your team to enrich your coaching program further.
