I have taught B-Tech first year students during my degree,each student have different caliber and skills and I understand it.During my training the students were co-perative and also in between we also had fun, learning with me will be fun.First year students taught me what it's like to be a teacher and if you respect them then you'll get it back in return and vice versa.No one is perfect and their were many things I learnt from them.I never judge any student,but rather help them to know their worth themselves.If a person is ready to learn and willing to give their best than I assure them that they will get through any competition in life with flying colours, definitely there would be ups and downs but it will be worth it.
