It should vary from person to person based on their physical and mental health, but if we talk about a person who is free from a health issue and wants to remain healthy, we may practice Asana, Pranayam, and meditation. Kapal Bhati, Sarvang Pusthi Surya Namaskar and Anulom-Vilom are beneficial for increasing stamina.
