As a certified Yoga instructor with five years of experience, holding an RYT 300-hour and Astanga Yoga certification, teaching Yoga has become my passion. I have always been deeply connected to Yoga and its transformative effects on the mind, body, and soul.
My journey with Yoga began twenty years ago when I lived in Thailand. I started practising Yoga there, and it quickly became an integral part of my lifestyle. Through my practice, I found solace and inner peace, inspiring me to share this gift with others. Upon moving to Delhi, I pursued my certification and gained the qualifications to teach Yoga professionally. I started conducting offline and online Yoga classes, explicitly focusing on Astanga Yoga. Astanga Yoga, with its dynamic and challenging practice, has always resonated with me, and I am passionate about sharing its benefits with my students.
Over the years, I have taught Yoga to more than 100 clients, ranging from different age groups, through online sessions. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and my classes are designed to accommodate diverse needs and abilities. Each session is one hour long, and I strive to make it practical and engaging, incorporating live demonstrations and instructions. I utilise various online tools and platforms to deliver high-quality instruction and ensure that my students receive the same level of personal attention and guidance as they would offline.
I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where my students can safely explore their practice and deepen their understanding of Yoga. My utmost priority is my students' progress and transformation, and I am dedicated to continually honing my skills and knowledge to provide the best possible guidance.
