I have been teaching Yoga for the last 12 years and I have completed diploma in yoga science, Yoga alliance, meditation and Pranayama, accupressure. I got many students in 12 years, most of the students have to lose weight ,and many students do yoga for fitness,and many students also do yoga for their medical condition. And we also do teacher training courses in Yoga. I think if you want to live a happy life then it is very important for you to stay healthy. And according to my experience, yoga is the best exercise. Yoga not only works on the upper body but it also works inner bodies. Like your mind, brain Chakra, Endocrine System, Digestive system etc. So I think those who have to be healthy in all ways, all of them should do yoga. And remember this only after your health is your wealth.
