My speciality in astanga yoga,kid yoga and senior citizens.
Also I am doing stress management workshops.
I am very good in teaching because I have 12 years experience in education sector in academic department.
I am open to give private classes.
As a yoga teacher I am very well understanding about students requirements. Students come with lots of stress and unhealthy behaviour still I manage with them and they are happy.
If I talk about my skills I am good at senior citizens yoga, they are not ready to go out. I am able to give them class at there place.
