I have graduated in Foreign Languages and am certified translator for German language. Where can I find the online courses for the German language from expert individuals? I have some knowledge of basic German and would like to speak fluent German. How much time will it take to develop fluency in speaking German?

I would like to learn german- this is just a start up for me as i just know a jist of german language.. my question here is - i know it differs on person to person but still if we are indulged in the language how many months does it take to become fluent?

I am a German language certified teacher and based on my own experience I would say it mainly depends on your skills an learning abilitis but, all together, to reach a reasonably good enough communication level it could take around 6 months at least
