The experiences inculcate both, as an individual and as a professional personal. It help us to gain the tricks and tactics required to work in an institution or as an individual, to fulfill personal with a swell of professional goals.
Working in a good educational field, enlightened various aspects as it holds child centric education pattern in the command of learning and shares the classroom space to create and construct the knowledge of its own. A challenge that really worried and at the same time motivate me to work upon is creating a fear free environment in my class and make my subject- mathematics child friendly. In such a situation, it becomes the responsibility of a teacher to connect with students and teach them the value of education and meaning of education. The challenge taught me that until and unless the learner is free from all kinds of fears for the subject. No effective learning is possible and either the child will fail to perform according to his/her potential or will just take the easy way out rote-memorization which is temperate in nature.
So my main objective of facilitating a learner is to create an environment where the learner is free from fear and is able to express himself/ herself leads to real education. When a child is able to express his views and opinions, and analyse the piece of information presented before, the education is said to take place.
