I am a pastry chef with experience in various kitchens of various hotels. I have received my degree in Culinary Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. Ever since and during, I have worked in multiple Taj properties, stand alone bakeries and have learnt the ins and outs of restaurant style or commercial cookery and I’m excited to teach home cooks how to apply these standard techniques and uphold the art that is cookery. I also am aware of how to plan menus and forecast required quantities of dishes. I have strong background in the subject and can tackle any theoretical information that would be required. Also, I must mention that my Hindi is fairly weak since I’m from south India but I can understand and converse sparingly in it although my preference is English.
