I have 7-8 years of teaching experience in this field as I have completed my, 4 years bachelors degree in physical education and 2 years master's degree in physical education. I have helped almost 500+clients in their weight management, muscle gain and strength training exercise. Also many students got trained under me in different sports physical fitness and played for Clusters,State,Nationals. I have good command over the subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Sports Training which are essential for knowledge of training in fitness. I helped my clients to attain overall development of an individual i.e. physical, mental, social, spritual, emotional etc. I worked according to the individual capacity and capabilities.
