Hello parents myself Nikhil Batra, I am anassistant professor in college as well currently pursuing my phd in public administration apart from phd I have done masters in public administration . I have more than 10year of experience in teaching IBDP student’s furthermore teaching comes naturally to me because it is not only my profession it is also my hobby too. My teaching methodology is very simple I just focus on basics of the subject so that a student can understand the subject easily and can have a firm understanding of the subject this not only helps in achieving good score in subject but also ignite interest in learning a subject there is no fear in student about that particular subject and he starts enjoying studying and I strongly believe a teacher job is to create interest in subject rather than just focus on marks since ibdp programme which is one of the finest education programme in the world they require the same thing which I mentioned above they want student to be unique and think out of the box and this can only be achieve when student basics in a subjects are correct.
